ABOUT
US
Boling Engineering Associates is a
family-owned and -operated business, begun in1979 by Harry O. Boling, III, an
electronics engineer and registered Professional Engineer who is named on
several patents. All of our products have been designed and built personally by
Harry. Many of the ideas for our products have come as a result of seeing a
problem that needed solving and building the solution to that problem, as in the
TDM Personal Monitor Mixing System and the BatTestR line. Others were developed
by requests for a product. This was the case with the FunBuzzer®.
Our products are built in the U.S.A. (Texas, to be exact!) and are designed to
be durable, reliable and of the highest possible quality. The hallmark of our
company is personal service with integrity.

We respect your privacy and pledge that we
will never sell or give customer's information to any outside source.
Testimonials used on this website are done only with the customer's permission.
SECURITY
We have taken every measure possible to make
certain that your shopping experience with us is safe and secure. We use
SecureNetShop.com for our Shopping Cart, which provides a secure 128-bit SSL
Encryption certified through Thawte. Inc.
SHIPPING
We ship FedEx. In our experience FedEx has
provided exceptionally reliable and gentle service with competitive prices. We
ship same day for Express-shipped orders (Express Saver, 2nd Day, and Overnight)
received no later than 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. For Ground and Home
Delivery shipments, we ship within 3 business days. The
day of order does not count as one of the business days!
WARRANTY and RETURN POLICY
A product in new condition can be returned
within 30 days for a refund under our satisfaction-guaranteed policy. Any refund
under this policy is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. If the unit fails to
operate due to defect within a year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at
no charge; this warranty includes shipping costs. We do ask that you return any
defective portion of the product so we can do a failure analysis to improve
quality in the future. This warranty does not apply to failure due to abuse,
neglect, misuse or breakage.
ORDER
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on-line using a credit card or
PayPal that are cancelled by the purchaser will have 10% deducted from the total
sale amount. This is to cover transaction fees that we incur as result of
utilizing the credit card secure provider in the sale and refund activity.
