“Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt delivery on my Fone Com 1. It was just as easy to set up as you state. It is also the answer to a safety issue we’ve had for some time with my mother, who lives with us. She is 94 and has congestive heart failure and also has a history of falling. Because of her health condition it is essential that she be able to contact us from her bed should she need us. We’ve tried intercoms and wireless door bells. She has trouble working/understanding the buttons on the intercoms. Because there is no voice communication, the door bell system always puts us in a state of emergency even if her request was for a glass of milk in the middle of the night.

With the Fone Com 1 she has something she is comfortable using. We can speak with her and know immediately if she is in need of immediate help or just needs a glass of milk. Or even just talk for a few minutes. She also only needs to be able to knock the receiver off the hook to alert us of an emergency – should she fall.

Thanks again. I wish I would have known about this three years ago.”
