Out-of-Warranty Repairs Our product Warranty reads as follows: If the unit fails to operate due to defect within a year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge; this warranty includes shipping costs. We do ask that you return any defective portion of the product so we can do a failure analysis to improve quality in the future. This warranty does not apply to failure due to abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage. We strive to make our products sturdy and long-lived, but we know how excited game players can get and accidents happen. Therefore, we offer in-factory repair service for all of our products that fall into the “abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage” category. Please enclose your check for $10 to cover evaluation and return FedEx Ground shipping or use your credit card to purchase this service on-line in our Shopping Cart.  Give us a detailed account of the problem, your physical shipping address (no PO Boxes) and a valid email address. Many repairs are simple and can be done under the $10 charge. In the event that your repair requires replacement parts, we will contact you via email with the additional charges that will be incurred. You will have the option of paying the additional charge or applying the $10 toward the purchase of a new replacement unit. Typically we are able to repair and return your unit to you within a business day or two (add 5 shipping days return in your estimate). If you require expedited shipping of your product, you will be required to pay for the extra shipping charges incurred. Service Charge $10
